![]() Welcome back, today we are taking a look at smell pollution! Smell Pollution: Your deodorant, full of chemicals, the smell of exhaust, and the spray deodorizers that are everywhere can all block your Clairalience (clear smelling) ability. Yes this indeed a real thing. I have had many experiences where I have smelled something that had no known source. One example was about 6 years ago and my mother and I were sitting in the living room. I suddenly got a strong whiff of “Old Spice. “ (no one has worn that in our house for 20 years) I started to walk around the room smelling everything, trying to find the source of the smell. My mother asked me what I was doing and I told her. I decided to ask her who was in the family who wore that cologne and without hesitation she said her Uncle. As soon as she said that the smell disappeared. Now the reason I share this story, is because you may find yourself with a similar experience and not know who is trying to say hello. After years of being a medium, I know now that when I receive a feeling or smell and I figure out who it is, the feeling or smell will finally go away. If you find yourself experiencing the same thing, first eliminate all logical sources, and when that has been done, and then you can be sure that it is a visitor. Have you ever dated someone who smelled wonderful, but later noticed that their natural smell was not so good. Colognes, while lovely can hide the natural pheromones that would attract you to a biologically sound match. Often times you are also not a match personality wise either. Take the time to smell your partner without any perfumes or cologne on and see if you are still attracted. I am not saying to get rid of it all together, I have a ton, but I am also extremely intuitive and already open. For your space, you can use air purifiers; create your own room sprays (I have an online class that can help you learn how to do this!), spend a day without conventional deodorant, use essential oil diffusers, fill your home with the wonderful smells of home cooking. There are many ways to hone your sniffer and allow nature to rule your space.

![]() Hello Friends, I hope your 30 day challenge has been going well. Mine has been outstanding. I did not get to everything I had wanted, but I made a big dent and already my energy has changed. Within the past two months my business has taken on a big change by adding a total of 4 new practitioners totaling 7. This is very big and I am excited for them all to join in on the fun! One of my students who has been doing these challenges along with me got a job after looking for over 4 years. I would love to know what changes have happened for you? These changes are the very reason I started on this journey. I felt stuck in several areas of my life and the best way to invite change is to create it yourself. I am not one to sit and wait twiddling my thumbs. I knew that there were neglected areas in my life and I am now month by month taking time to attend to them. In January we de-cluttered our mind with meditation In February we de-cluttered our physical and virtual spaces In March we are going for the deep Spring Clean. I fully admit that when it comes to cleaning there are many corners I literally cut. Not this month. This month I shall reach into the dusty corners and neglected nooks and clean them out. If this is not your issue, Deep clean yourself, do a detox, spiritually, virtually, emotionally. Deep cleaning could be a variety of tasks. If you do a physical detox, please consult your Dr. They are not something I take lightly. I am saving my detox for later in the year, right now for myself, my physical space still need attending to. Good Luck and happy cleaning! Hello all my friends,
I am sending you some pictures of my progress. I have now gone through all of my old papers and pre-organized them, bought boxes, and have them ready for proper storage. As for the shredding I am about a quarter of the way through and while my house is a disaster from being completely turned around, I am proud of the progress that I have made. I discovered many old cords that needed physical removal rather than ethereal removal. old bosses, jobs, exes and friends who no longer deserve my attention or space. I cannot wait to throw out all of the paper, and shredding, but I am waiting so that you get to see the final result. I will tell you that march will be not about de-cluttering, but deep cleaning. Home and body are in need of both a detox and a cleanse. I am preparing the way for a new life and these are both the first and last steps of paving the way. I want no more reminders of old thoughts and old ways. All old hurts are to be banished. I shall keep the lessons, but not the anger. I will write more later! Many Blessings, J.D. OK so I went on a mad rush today after discovering that I have misplaced some very important papers. Now my house looks messier than ever, and i do not mean in a oh don't mind the dust bunnies, kind of way, I mean the way your would expect a house that has been turned upside down after 4 proper years of neglect.
while I do not need these papers right now, I will need them soon and to not know where they are has me more than disappointed in myself and has forced me to look at my mess. This summer, my friend received a message for me that when I get rid of the bags, that romantic energy would flow in. Well I did ask if these were metaphorical or physical, and she said physical. Around that time I had many bags to donate, so I thought those were it. No, nope not at all. Today as I am going through many many bags of old mail, papers, things to be filed and shredded, I found a small hand written note. This not was from someone, who I thought that I long ago got rid of everything. Last year I found a gift they had given me and promptly threw it in the garbage. I thought OK, the end of the cords the reminders. Nope like a knife this note cut me as I pulled it out of the clutter. I cried some last old tears and tore it to shreds. Something in me has snapped and I have a feeling that this is the beginning of a very long de-cluttering journey. I want no more nasty surprises. I want to reclaim my home and thus myself. He will have nothing left of him here. There are other memories that got tossed into the trash, from others I no longer wish to have ties to. When Everything is shredded and all the bags are ready to be dumped, I will take a picture for you to really see what needed to go. I still have not found my missing papers, but I suspect that I will find so much more than I am bargaining for. Cords will be cut and I will reclaim all the pieces of my soul! ![]() How have all of your been rocking your change? Well day one for me was spent cleaning up my office! and the with the exception of one day I have been slowly going through my old mail and have 4 bags of shredded mail and 1 bag of recycling from junk mail. I know I know, how on earth did I let it get this bad, well two years of putting off the job will create at least two weeks work of work. so I have been catching up on my DVR as I go through each and every item. I will post a picture of all of the stuff to be tossed and donated. Next month will be the Deep Clean, this month will prep the way. I did do one night of going through my old e-mail and there are literally 10,000 more to go. I have started to sort, delete and file away my e-mail. at least 1,000 gone. I suspect that the deep clean month will bring an empowerment that I have not experienced in a long time. Right now, the de-cluttering has not been difficult, just tedious. All in all i can feel the result though! Some quick tips for those of you who like me may have been struggling: 1. Play music or a movie to work to 2. Glad Zip Lock Gallon bags are great for sorting 3. If you would not ship it across the country, then do not keep it! 4. If you forget and skip a day do an hour the next! 5. De-clutter with the purpose of honoring your home as your body. The state of our home reflects the state of our body.... both of mine have been neglected. I am taking care of both now!. 6. Ask yourself, why you are choosing to keep something: if it is guilt, attachment, or any reason other than beauty, joy or usefulness, then chuck it! Happy day to you all! and good luck! ![]() Part 2: In this month’s article we explore the delights of sound pollution. Sound Pollution: Sound is everywhere, from the B flat hum of florescent lights to the subtle hums of your computer. Electronics emit so many sounds that we do not even hear them anymore. Much in the same way that a clock ticking disappears for a while. All of these sounds stop you from using your natural clairaudience (clear hearing) ability. I could list thousands of other sounds, but that will take up too many pages and too much time, instead I will tell you ways to combat it! Ear plugs are an obvious choice, or use sound to your advantage. Try listening to the crystal bowls, chanting, gong baths, drums, or any other meditative music in your local meditation studio. Other ways are to create a quiet zone in your home. You can choose a room that is already quiet and secluded and then use heavy curtains to dampen the sounds. There are also a few places that offer deprivation tanks to help you meditate or find quiet. There is no reason we have to shirk modern society, but learning to use it to our advantage will help you immensely. YouTube has a wealth of videos that can help you meditate and tap into your chakras. Here is a list meditation tracks on my YouTube channel: http://tinyurl.com/nh8pln4 . As you meditate, pay close attention to messages that you are hearing. Often times our Angels, Spirit Guides, and loved ones will communicate through sound. Sometimes it sounds like your own inner voice, and other times it will sound different from you. It does not matter how it comes to you just that you are taking the time to tune in. |
